TREECYCLE is a perfect example of combining sustainability investment with tokenized Real World Assets. The Swiss Company issued the TREE Token to invest into the acquisition of deforestrated land in Paraguay and to plant fast growing trees. The woold of the grown tree is being harvested and sold to wood markets in a defined cycle. By creating the necessary supply, it contributes to preventing organic forests to be further destroyed. 40% of the profits are distributed to TREE Tokenholders, 50% is reinvested into acquiring more land and more trees and 10% is invested into starting the long process for re-naturalisation towards organic rain-forest. Due to the reinvestment, the TREE Token represents a growing share on profits over several cycles. DAVG structured the offering of the TREE Token, managed the approval process with authorities and is represented as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Legal Officer.
